* This position will be based in Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the Facility and Warehouse Manager and Maintenance Manager
• Develops and maintains the CMMS (Maintenance) compliance program.
• Performs daily scheduling and manages work orders.
• Tracks preventative maintenance and maintains record keeping on repairs to machines and buildings.
• Orders parts and supplies for repairs and inventory. Generates purchase requisitions for ordering. Returns items as needed.
• Organizes and maintains the parts/supply room inventory.
• Conducts building inspections (fire protection, eye wash, first aid etc).
• Maintains all maintenance records in good order.
• Maintains MSDS records for entire plant/terminal.
• Works with administration to reconcile purchase orders, packing lists and invoices.
• Responsible for resolving mechanical and electrical problems as assigned by the maintenance Manager.
• Provides technical knowledge to shift supervisors and workers.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment complying with procedures and regulations.
• May be required to perform other duties as requested.
• Works as directed for TAM Management team
• Measured on the success of the KPI attributed to Facility Maintenance costs for services procured
• Measured on the success of the KPI attributed to Facility and regulatory maintenance standards for services procured.
• Measured on the success of the KPI attributed to Direct Operations compliance with the terminal maintenance policy.
• Measured on the success of the KPI attributed to compliance with purchasing procedures and local HSSE regulation compliance
• Measured on the success of the KPI attributed to number of planned jobs verses the total number of jobs completed in a week or month
• Measured on the level of success contributed to the KPI regarding equipment placed out of service and then returned to service.
• Measured on the level of success KPI attributed to lost production time due to planned maintenance per week or month
• Has a continuous improvement, 5S mindset

Who are we looking for

• High school degree or equivalent. Certification in field of choice.
• Five or more year’s maintenance experience in heavy industry: administering, ordering parts, and PM scheduling (using PM software).
• Excellent computer and communication skills required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Ability to read schematics.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently but also follow instructions when required. Needs to be a team player.
• Professionalism in an office environment
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Works office hours Monday through Friday, some week end work only when required
